Find a Chinese company that is doing a lot of work in Iran ? If you speak & read Mandarin, there might be opportunities for you. But just teaching Farsi, that's a tiny, tiny, tiny market...
Step 1 : Make people want to learn Farsi.
Step 2 : Offer to be a teacher
Step 3 : ????
Step 4 : Teaching job. Also, profit.
I doubt you will get a huge number of people wanting to learn it. Most people trading internationally would learn English as they would in Iran. Maybe as an interpreter in international sales dealing with Iran you would have better luck. As a teacher I think the work would be non existent. Never heard of a Chinese studying anything other than English French German Russian or Spanish.
