Q: How hard is it to become a noodle maker?

I once saw on TV a piece on noodle making in China, said it took years to learn,, I saw a guy do it on TV , he swung the dough like a skipping rope and then he had a handful of noodles, never understood how he did it,, any one ever see it done live,,, I think I wood like to see it.
