i am hoping to join an MBA program and was thinking of applying to Tsinghua or Peking University,i know the criteria on paper but i am looking for an opinion on the realities of getting in,not necessarily those two,any other top chinese unoversities.considering i recently moved to china,havnt got an internship or work yet,hv only legal experience.

It's not worth your money, unless you plan on staying in China for the rest of your career. It will be fairly easy to get in if you have a lot of money, but is it worth the money you'd be putting into it?
if you are foreigner, it will be easier to get in. it doesnt depend on the money either, as long as u can pay ur stay and the tuition fees you are fine. im sure u can even apply for a scholarship, which they will be giving away to many internationals actually. free education, even if it is not high end quality, is a fair deal isnt it?!
If you want a credible MBA go to a school in North America or Europe. Haven't you noticed the Business people here are poor leaders.
