Q: How to improve Spoken English and the listening？
I don't like listening the record and watching the English movie

find a friend to practice with - even another Chinese person can practice with you.
NOTE: shouting 'hellooooooo' at a foreigner does not make them a friend to practice english with.
there is no short-cut to learning a language: watching movies will help listening

You could maybe try with eating English food.
You should always use fork&knife, while you're 'practicing'.
Get a foreign bf/gf, whichever you like!

You've got to practice as often as possible. All the time is best.

Read, read out loud, find the audio book for the book that you are reading.
It's the fastest way to learn vocabulary and contemporary grammar (if the book is fairly recent).
When you build your vocabulary, your confidence will increase and make it less awkward (which is itself an awkward word) if you want to approach a foreigner to talk to.

You forgot to mention the essential fact that the parrot needs to have been brought up in the country which has the language you're trying to learn!!!

I think practising is the most important things to learn a language. So you should find a foreigner to speak with in English. I used FB to chat with foreigners until I knew olla. I found many foreigners there. There is also a telephone function for free, You can talk with foreigners in olla. It can help with your English learning and listening. I hope that my answer can help you out...
If you are what you eat, maybe you can try to eat some English speaking persons.
