cool.  we used it a little bit when I was a boy in Texas, but no more than the other teen-age terms.... pud, pudendum, box, tail, muff, the 'C' word (which girls seem to Hate btw), but no one has yet managed to de-throne the Queen Word - starts w/ a P and sounds like a cat.  (I dunno what one can say on internet and what is verbotten).

This is Hawaiian.  It has nothing to do with Aloha.  But it is the direct counterpart of the little brother, maybe the little sister.

 

Outside of all of that, I ain't an endrocinologist so I knows nothing.
