Just to bump this one up for 2011, a lead article in the China Daily this morning reports that according to PSB statistics, there are approximately 400,000 foreigners in China, legally domiciled with full documentation. Obviously that report did not include the large contingents from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
