Q: How much do they normally pay for native English teacher in Nanjing city ?
I was looking for a job in Nanjing the past few weeks. But it seems like in Nanjing they want u to have at least 2 years experience,also the pay is around 10k but no other benefit like annual leave or bonus or free accommodation. I did get an offer in Shanghai they pay me 14k with no free accommodation but 11 days annual leave and bonus per month .and I also work 40 hours per week and 2 days off .

Shanghai is a tier 1 city, Nanjing is a tier 2 city, of course they would offer more there than they would in Nanjing. Of course, things are much more expensive in Shanghai than they would be in Nanjing.
Two years experience is mandatory... Everywhere.
Training centers (I'm assuming that's what you are talking about) don't always offer accommodations or very much annual leave beyond the mandatory public holidays (that's the 11 days you mentioned. If you want accommodation and annual leave, work at an actual school; training centers don't really count.
2 years experience will be required by the local labour bureau to issue a work permit.
By chinese labour laws you should get 11 days public holidays plus 5 days holiday leave.
If you don't like what theyre offering look elsewhere.
