Q: How or where to get a Taiwan visa on the mainland?

I do not need a visa for Taiwan but I will be travelling with two compatriots from countries that do require a visa.  Short of going to Hong Kong, does anyone know who to get a visa for Taiwan on the mainland?  Are there any visa agencies?  Travel agencies?  Any helpful info would be really appreciated.

Listen, guy, I am not Chinese and it behooves me to say that to you.  Both of my travelling mates are from the Phillipines and they require visas for  Taiwan.   Your answer provided no meaningful help, other than to garner you a few points.

As a Chinese person, of course you don't need a visa; Taiwan doesn't recognise Chinese passports at all. You need a special travel permit. That's probably the same place that issues visas for foreigners.
