I heard the payday is every 5th, the boss has been delaying the pay for a week.
Finally today he's making pay, everyone is paid except me.
One sales girl started working here on March 6, she got paid, I started working on March 20,But I didn't get my pay today.
At least he should explain it to me but the boss didn't. That's nasty. I even get the feeling maybe he's trying to keep more salaries of mine to prevent me from quitting the job. Cause now I am the best here.
I was trying to quit before but he didn't approve it so I stayed. I told him to get things organized but he just never really cooperate.
He has no idea how many sticks he has, he has no list to show the stocking. Nor make effort to help me to organize.
I told him to get a company email, but he just bought the domain but never really get the company email.
His business is obviously in bad situation. I feel tired working here. But I don't want to shift jobs fluently anymore.
I feel life sucks. If not because of looking for a bf in Shanghai, I'd degibetely go back home to run my export business business.
Anyone experienced this shit in China?
i believe i called this out a few weeks ago (you not being paid)

how long are you actually going to 'work' in a company where no one respects you and you apparently don't like anyone (or even the work) before you leave?
I'd say the boss is waiting for the probation period to end before telling you he doesn't want you to stay, even if you have made 'improvements'
Why do so many Chinese people continue to repeat the same pattern of behavior over and over, and then 'act surprised'?
is it a long term memory issue?

I asked him for the pay this morning then finally he paid me a month's salary. I worked there for about a month and half.
Viki87:
You now made me anxious. You made me feel he would fire me before the probation end
Ask your boss why you didn't get paid. If you don't get a reasonable answer and your money by the end of the day, quit. Just leave and don't return.
And regardless of what happens, start looking for a new job. I know it sucks looking for a new job but do you really want to work somewhere you hate and have drama getting your salary every month?
I hate people like that, and unfortunately your society allows it to happen. What a shame. You need a tuff, old-fashioned Western friend to drop by and visit you at lunch one day, introduce him to the boss, and excuse yourself to visit the restroom. Then your male friend will explain to that scumbag that he is going to pay your salary or take a trip to the local ER. His choice.
sorry Viki, but china is a disgusting culture.
if your not getting paid why do u keep showing up for work walk away and dont let the door hit u in the azz on the way out
Viki87:
Looking for new job now. Fuck him. He told me for many times that he would pay me but never did. Yesterday after I get off work then he asked me to give him bank account for paying me salary, I wonder if he really wants to pay, why not ask me during my working hours? I don't fucking trust him, I don't really trust that he paid.
Hes more like the boss only keot empty promise. I am refreshing my CV and ready to go.
