But Ted, you can easily apply the same argument to most terrorist attacks.
What theme keeps emerging? This is revenge for bombing whichever M.E city or for Christians invading and occupying Muslim countries.
You could easily argue that every time there is another attack in Europe done by Muslims it's because they are fed up and want to send a strong message. That doesn't make it right just like this latest one isn't right.

The dude/s today are probably the same type of minority who were behind the London Bridge thing, just on a different team. They'll be bitter,irrational,not well educated, have a troubled background and easily led and influenced by others.
