Q: I have an urge to leave this company immediately

Here's what happended lately: http://answers.echinacities.com/question/i-think-i-did-somethign-not-smart#comment_343226

My boss defended that sales girl and now she is against me and not even speak to me.

You know I had one sales assistant girl who was under my management before, after she against my working system(not register customers and lied about what she did), the boss defended her and she got rid of my management, and after 9 monthes working here without sales made, the boss is still defending her.

and the designing guy insulted me to not love China for spending money in  the US, after I criticized him, he starrted hatting me and did not talk with me anymore.

So here is only one colleague speaks to me in the office now, they three all against me and took me as their enemy.

The feeling of being isolated is really bad, staying one more minute is touturing for me. I have the urge to walk out the office immediately and send the boss a message that I quit and never will come back again.

Should I do it? It is at the end of the year and I do not have much savings but enough to support to find another job.

I was planning of stealing customers from this shitty company to be self-employed instead of working for others, but if I walk out here now, the plan will have to be given up.

But I feel very sad of staying at this company now.

Vicki, iWolf is not attacking you, everything he says is right. Firstly stealing customers is not ethical and certainly not what professional people do. So yo have to ask yourself, " if I am prepared to do this what sort of person am I". Fat chance you are never going to consider that. It is exactly that type of thinking and action that gets China the reputation it has in the rest of the world, liars and cheats. As for leaving the company you should have left a long time ago but you prefer to stay at some shitty job wining about how bad it is. You go complaining to the boss, you complain to us, never accept good advice and just do what you want as usual. You are not a manager, at best you are a supervisor. Clearly, from what you have said on here many times you do not even know how to manage.

That's an excellent business plan....steal customers from where you work. Genius. Nothing could go wrong except the customer would never trust a thief with their business. Yeah, most people prefer to conduct ethical business.

But back to your question. Yes you should leave this company. Not only will it make everyone happy but the other workers might get paid once the boss doesn't have to pay your high falutin salary. And you won't feel frustrated about being the only person with business acumen in the building. With experience managing a sales team - of one, you should land a plumb job quickly. Or go back to the village to recharge.

Viki87:

You simply here to not give advice, just following my postes to attack me. See what you have been doing. Very clear

As mentioned below, i am not attacking you. I am simply laying out the facts. If you don't like the truth there is nothing i can do about that. If you refuse to listen to the people you ask questions and get angry because you don't like what they tell you, stop asking and keep doing what you do. It's been working well for you so far.

if you don't like the valid and good advice from people here Viki, what do your real-life friends advise you to do?

Do they advise you to stay in the job or leave?

how do they manage to tolerate the constant whining you do here on ECC?

do they share your opinions?

with your short fuse, do you get angry at your real-life friends (by real-life friends I mean the people you meet and socialise with, and have things in common with and you would listen to and support on a regular basis).

Viki87:

They advices me to stay, make money, do not manage because it is not my business, they think it is a win win win. Just watch the company die and not my business.

Blondie_:

so there are people who actually tolerate your constant bitching and whining about your job and poor track record on relationships?

so why don't you listen to your friends, who obviously agree with you, and stop posting you BS on this site - seeing as you don't seem to like the comments most people make?

to me posting the same BS over and over and over and over indicates a lot about your personality. Could it be that the negative attention you get is better than no attention at all?

is it that you are just special?

If Admin doesn't stop this kind of BS, ECC has to buy me a new iPhone and a new Mac.

the more obscenities you throw at people here, the more comical you appear.

and i especially love the way you switch from compliments to insults so quickly.

I have seen this so often from Chinese people who have little self control.

within one hour you have gone from 'you are the second smartest person on ECC'

to

'you perhaps got your brain fucked by someone'

Question:

why do chinese women seem to have less self-control in what they do and say when compared to most other women from other countries (in my experience) ?

the speed at which they go from 'traditional' to 'full on bitch' in action and language would make an F1 driver envious.

Apart from which it is nothing but hilarious to observe.

A: In my personal experience, teaching certificates have varied in releva
A:In my personal experience, teaching certificates have varied in relevance depending on the context and location. Here's a breakdown of each aspect:a) Getting the teaching job: Teaching certificates can certainly enhance your chances of securing a teaching position, especially in formal educational settings such as schools and language institutions. Many employers prefer candidates who have undergone specific training in pedagogy and instructional techniques, which these certificates often provide. However, other factors such as experience, references, and the demand for teachers in a particular area also play significant roles in the hiring process.b) Getting a higher salary than your uncertified competitors: In some cases, holding a teaching certificate can indeed lead to a higher salary compared to uncertified competitors. Many educational institutions have structured salary scales that take into account factors such as level of education, years of experience, and additional certifications. Holding a teaching certificate may place you in a higher salary bracket or make you eligible for certain salary incentives or bonuses. However, this can vary widely depending on the specific policies of the institution or organization.c) Getting promotions: Teaching certificates can be beneficial for career advancement and securing promotions within the field of education. They demonstrate a commitment to professional development and mastery of teaching skills, which are qualities that many employers value when considering candidates for leadership positions or administrative roles. Additionally, some promotions may require specific certifications or qualifications, making holding a teaching certificate essential for advancement in certain cases.Regarding which certificate yields better results, it largely depends on the specific requirements of the job market and the educational context in which you intend to work. For example:A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) is often highly regarded in formal school settings and can be advantageous for those seeking positions in primary or secondary education.Montessori certification is valuable for individuals interested in working in Montessori schools or implementing Montessori principles in their teaching approach.A Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate is particularly relevant for those seeking to teach English to non-native speakers in international contexts or language schools.Ultimately, the best certificate for you will depend on your career goals, the specific requirements of the positions you're interested in, and the preferences of potential employers in your target job market. It's essential to research the requirements and preferences of employers in your desired field and tailor your qualifications accordingly. -- ruqaiya761
