Q: i have a very serious question and also want a seroious answers please???
I want that the guy who ditched me so china govt depot to him in his country or arrest him how it is possible any one can help me also i know he is doing many things wrong on china....so how it can be possible any suggestions and please those people who don't have answer so no need to comment.. Thank u.

You were obviously quite ok with him 'doing wrong things on china" when you were together.
Instead of getting on with your own life and being happy - traits which REAL MEN find attractive in a woman - you're keeping yourself stuck down in the doom and gloom of petty vindictiveness. And thus - losing!!! (I bet he's not!)
Some serious advice - get over it. Let it go. Learn from it. Find the person you want to be. And, maybe sometime later, find someone else who makes you happy.

Very obviously, if you know someone who is living in China and breaking laws, you should contact the appropriate authorities with the guy's details and any evidence that you have at hand. If you don't know the whereabouts or details of this guy, there is not a lot that can be done.
If you believe that he is living in Suzhou, you know his nationality, can give a description and you can give the police some idea of the things that he is allegedly doing wrong, contact the Public Security Bureau in Suzhou City and leave the rest to them.
I think you need to ask yourself a question first.
Do you want to report this guy because he dumped you or because he is breaking the law?
It might be worth keeping in mind that should he be investigated at he will also point the finger at what you did when you were together. You may have been an accomplice.
They will ask you many questions about your relationship, talk to people you know, your family and the events you report.
The ethical issue about reporting someone to the police aside, you may be opening a world of trouble for yourself.

I was attempting to provide reasons as to why reporting some one may have a negative impact on the person doing the reporting and mentioned the ethics of reporting a person. My intent was to suggest that this shouldn't be done. Where I am from, reporting someone to the authorities is the worst thing a person can do to another. It will come back to bite them in several unexpected and unpleasant ways.
find another girlfriend that looks hot to seduce him, lace his drink with sleeping pills, tie him to a hotel bed and tar and feather him and call the police and tell them that a large perverted chicken is in a hotel room interrupting the guests, make sure you spray paint over all the cameras before you do this deed of retribution.
