Tape beer cans together and stack them up against a wall, stack beer bottles in your windows. This is western decorating.
You could put grass on your floors and use park benches. Many foreigners in my country turn their apartments into gardens for vegetables.
You could paint the apartment so it looked like the inside of a car or spaceship, just drink enough beer to make your wall and you will get your own ideas.

in Canada when they put a garden in their apartment they are usually not growing vegetables lol

OR something I've noticed some real weirdos doing is just staring out of their flats using a telescope to spy on people in other flats. You could get a massive telescope and turn into the uber-freak.

Try stacking empty Jack Daniels bottles. I had an acquaintance who did that. Wait maybe not. He had to drop out of ... everything.

If you could find one of those blowup dolls than that would be something decorative for your room..
