Q: Is Indian people easy find job in China?
I have an Indian freind who want find a job in China. who can be a help? he can speak english, but not chinese.

I will say what others a thinking
, forget teaching English if their English is as gooda as yoursa
. Driving a Taxi , or working at Burger King are not obtainable career paths for non Chinese either
yes, i find it is some difficult find fit job for him. most teacher need native English. other job is few.
A very quick guide about working in China
* To work in China, you need a work visa.
* To get a work visa, you need to
** find an employer
** the employer should gives enough insurance there is no Chinese citizen that can do your job (usually, diploma & work experience).
Being married to a Chinese citizen or studying in China does not allow you to work in China. So your friend need to find a Chinese employer willing to employ him. What are your friend's abilities ?

btw in china everyone above workers are managers. 99% of the chinese are managers, even if they just manage the toilet papers.
if your friend is a developing manager (whatever that is) he might have a lot of experience in a rubber based industry, he got a huge chance and trust by the company, the company just thinks hiring a foreign face helps to automatically improve their factory OR they are just plain stupid
