Q: internship visa question
hello!
i came to china on tourist visa, in the meantime i was offered an internship. the company is not chinese, but from my country. the company has its branch here in china (it is registered here in beijing, i don't know exact legal term for the status of the company in china )
my question is: what does my company have to do in order to get me F visa? and where can I do the visa - do i have to go at least to HK or it is possible to do it in beijing? are there any sources on internet where I can check the requirements, or any agency or something similar where I can go and ask? a lawyer maybe?

They should have a human resources person here who would take care of that kind of application. Have you asked them? Seems rather strange that they would not know.
