I've been living in China for close to two years now and not once have I seen a guy holding an umbrella - though I have seen many wearing man-purses.

The relation between beauty and white skin is especially salient for women. Some take it to extremes by smearing obscene amounts of cream on their faces, to the point they look like mimes or ghosts...

I have seen many old men use a traditional paper umbrella when the sun is really HOT.

I carry an umbrella most of the time due to the female weather. I also use it when the sun is very bright. I also carry a murse.

PC is BS. I do what works for me and to hell with what anyone else thinks.
