Q: Is it possible that someone will hire me in china, even i am located and philippines ?
Is it possible that someone will hire me in china, even if i am located in Philippines.
I will apply for work online base in china and the employer will be the one to process the working visa while im in Philippines and be able to travel to china?
I actually want to work in China but i am located in Philippines.

2) What qualifications/experience do you have?
3) Can the employer get a work permit for you in China?

No, not yet. Philippines is still banned from being teachers or maids / Nannies. If its a Filipino still working in China on a working permit since 2012, than they are safe to work and stay, but since the ban on Z visa's and other Visa's Filipinos can't get teaching jobs here. Only engineering. We've already tried to hire a few Filipinos when we really needed teachers fast. But the FEC/PSB office said there is a ban,.

not true. last year our school in guilin hired a filipina teacher, she works legally and holds RP. Maybe it differs from place to place.
That will depend on what sort of job you're applying for! If you're in high demand, you should be fine!

Lets put it into %: 5% chance to get hired for the sort of job people wanna hire you for in China. 95% chance you won't find that job.. Now there is a way to use a Management Z visa invite that doesn't require the BA/BS degree for ESL jobs. So I have seen employers use that. But very very slim chance that happens. No one will hire someone to work online in China.

I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to, Iron.
The OP hasn't even hinted at what industry they work in. If it's ESL, then low chance (legally). If it's engineering or something in demand, then high chance (if they have the right qualifications, experience, etc). That's what I'm talking about.
Like others have stated, it depends.
If you have some strong skill in demand, then there MAY be a possibility. However, if you want to come here to teach... the door is closing. Chinese don't want to appear racist or bias towards others but they clearly are... this affects their marketing as they fawn over white skin.
They would much rather hire teacher with white skin from some country in Europe that do not speak English as a first language... or some horrible teacher from an English native-speaking country than an amazing teacher from say... Africa or SE Asia. It is unfortunate.
Yes you can, there are too few Chinese in China so they desperately need Filipinos especially as teachers and factory workers, China's economy is booming factories are running 24/7
