Apply for Chinese entry visa and you'll see if it will work.

Please, let us know about it,  so we'll know what to A on similar Q in the future.

Don't know. But...

I remember your earlier questions saying you were a student. If you were wanting to resume your studies I'd assume the university would be involved in the visa process and your past would come up then. I doubt you could hide your identity for long.

If it was just a tourist visa you wanted you might be able to get away with it but it would mean lying on the visa application (have you ever been deported / denied a visa) and if you were caught who knows what could happen.

Give it a go, then let us know how the food in that cell tastes.

Why are you that desperate anyway?

Do you really think that the Chinese officers are that stupid? You won't be allowed to enter China so just suck it up and move on.

Think about it just for a moment. Actually think....

Ok, you got busted for smoking weed and scored a 5 year ban. The reality is that after 5 years they are not going to give you another visa. Ever.

You managed to obtain another passport from a different country. I won't evwn ask the obvious. Now you want to enter with it (even though you were kicked out).

If you want to work or study you will need to forge all of you documents or they will instantly know it is you. I'm guessing that a big Fuck You stamp in this miraculous new passport won't be the only measure they take.

Has it ever occured to you that entering a country illegally and committing criminal offences mat not be what some people call "smart". Just sayin'

Perhaps you need to take your shifty druggie arse to a less developed country where dirtbags can thrive and be respected for being dodgy scum with shithouse-rat cunning.

Probably Canada. My country lets anybody be a Canadian-slash- something else.

English Probably won't be Canada's dominant language by the end of this century.

A:If he did contact the embassy they would tell him to engage a lawyer. They at least might be able to point him towards a somewhat decent lawyer, I don't think they'd be of much help aside from that though. I doubt the lawyer would be able to do much other than help negotiate the compensation he will need to pay.   -- Stiggs
