It's called 'manipulation', very common thing in Economic reports everywhere. And in Chinese 'face' cuture even more of the 'fudge-ing'.

'0H' is reporting about release of CIA's (older) files about how (CIA) manipulates 'Gold' ticker on Stock Exchange-s.

Of course, CIA blames somebody else was doing that, i.e. 'Swiss bullion dealers'.

I wonder where is Matt?

We talked about Gold manipulation on some thread here, while he was touting ''Gold has NO-intrinsic value''  and saying 'ney' to the 'price manipulation', despite US traders talk (are convinced) about setting-up the Gold price by somebody (FED) for the last 15-20 years .... just through 'reading the charts', i.e. ''comparing -up and -down swings with 'trading volume''.

The economy is slowing down. Now is the time to find a scapegoat.

A: That would be an awful experience. I would call your embassy asap
A:That would be an awful experience. I would call your embassy asap, they might be able to suggest something or give you a temporary replacement or something. I'm sure they would have seen this before. You may also need something from the PSB to say that you still have a valid visa in order to leave the country. Do you at least have a copy of your visa and passport front page, or can you get one?  If you have been working here your employer would probably have copies. In the mean time, turn the place upside down trying to find your passport.Good luck mate.   -- Stiggs
