Q: Lost Parcel China Post! Where/Who to email in Shenzhen and Guagzhou?

Dear Guangdong/Shenzhen Post Office Customer Help,

 since 25th of November 2014 there should be my Parcel CP297798538CN waiting in your location 51.010.100Could you please help me to find out why this Parcel is still with you? And if it's not why I cannot trace this Parcel.Shipment should be delivered to me. I have another question about my Parcel CP305355817CN.Where is this Parcel now and why was it returned to the Seller? Thank you very much for your Answer! Kind regards,Daniel
