but first, are you saying non-native as in native-English or native Chinese?

if native-English, then yes....alot of people here are from countries where English is not the official language but spoken quite often...

Just start getting in contact with lots of different schools, and see what comes back to you.

Even for me as a native English speaker, I apply at many schools and start to narrow them down once we start to talk about details. Out of 5 schools/ jobs, there is perhaps only one that I would work at.

Also, are you in China now, if so, it would be much easier to line something up. Most of the schools where I am have teachers perhaps like yourself. Some of them only get part time positions though, depending on the teacher and the school.

put "non-native" in the same field where is button "ASK", but choose "SEARCH"

- there are hundreds of answers, so why ask again the same question?
