Q: Mexican restaurant in Beijing?
My Chinese girlfriend haz never eated burritos in her whole life, and I would love to make her discover mexican food. Is there a place in Beijing where they make delicious spicyy burritos, with good chipotles peppers? Or tacos with guacamole. I'd really love to surprise her with this one!
Peter's Tex mex is good for a fix. It's sort-of Mexican food.. Your best bet is to make it for yourself!

You should try the Saddle Cantina located in the Nali Patio near Sanlitun.

It has good drinks and offers burritos!
Another good one is Luga's in Sanlitun (41 Sanlitun Bei Jie behind Tongli Studios) or Casa Latina by Solana
