Q: The most unusual stereotypes about foreigners in China
Well, stereotypes are as old as the world itself, and since China was an isolated country for such an extended period, there arose many myths revolving around the outside world. What is the most bizarre/outrageous/shocking/funny/stupid belief about foreign countries you have ever encountered in China?
- Everyone from the UK has a dog and likes to have a nice garden.
- UK people always carry an umbrella wherever they go.
- USA people only eat fast food.

Apparently, Chairman Mao won the war in the Pacific. He defeated the Japanese, and the bad Chinese, at the same time.
All people from the allied nations are thick as shit apparently. Because they actually done the fighting and the being dead thing. Smart people don't die. The clever people have others fight their the fight for them.

Sure I got a few:
- many Chinese assume foreigners living and working in China are losers that couldn't make it in their own respective countries (kind of weird as what does it say about the country itself?)
- foreigners only eat fast food all the time, so if you want to get a foreigner some delicious food... better head to KFC or Pizza hut
- foreigners can't use chop sticks
- foreigners can't learn or speak Chinese

Actually, Chinese are accepting the fact that foreigners learn and speak great Chinese, and using chopsticks is a common thing. They may think foreigners in China are losers. Why? One Chinese friend said, they came from undeveloped countries ... the percentage of foreigners hold good degrees is not high. Some foreigners behave badly, naive and immature. Being a businessman is not difficult, but how many successful businessmen are there? Chinese people may be less respectful to BLACK foreigners. That's racism. They think it's just a joke, actually still friendly. Foreigners will good pay and manners are NOT losers, as well as good-looking. Chinese do like JUDGE a foreigner by his appearance, behavior and money.
