Q: My boss made my enemy back!
The previous designer who has worked here before interfered my management while I was criticizing the sales assistant girl. I do not think she should because she shouldn't interfer another department's business. Funny thing is I criticized her because her bad working performance and bad working attitude, the designer girl helped her and started to blame on me directly and even started to making trouble for me. Latter she quit and told my boss she needed to leave because she didn't get along with me. Ridiculous thing is my boss was unsatified with her and asked me to arrange the replacement during the time while she was still there but without her know that.
My boss latter hired a new inexperienced designer, someone who I can get along better. But due to her bad working performance, my boss just fired her on Yesterday. Ridiculous thing is my boss made the previous designer back to the office, this morning she showed up for work. I was like holy crap, my boss pulled my enemy back.
I really think it is not a smart idea for him to get the previous designer back when she's not getting along with his current employee. Especially while his current employee is on an important position.
Now I am thinking of quitting this job. But have not decided yet.
If I quit my job, should I tell the boss that I want to quit because I do not like that he make the previous designer back? Or making an excuse like I want to go work somewhere my boyfriend is at.
What will you say when you quit the job? I wonder if telling the real reason to resign the job is smart.

I wanted them to get back to be professional. They do not do it that pissed me off. If I own this company, all the drama will end. Obviously I am not the cause of the drama. If I am the boss, I'll fire them all. There's only one person who is polite and has good working attitude but he quit because he also thinks this company is shitty.
Yes, honesty is the best policy. No need to lie. Remember, you should give notice of intent to terminate employment. Two work weeks should be sufficient.

I wonder why she would come back? obviously the company isn't good and the boss always delay the paycheck. Since she's giving the resignation reason that she left because of me. So obviously that her ability isn't going to get her a better job at a better company. My lazy boss also just wanted someone who's not expensive and know his products well to do some simple product graphic design for him. Of course, he definetly gave her a raise on salary for making her back. Probally 6K-7K now. Or he may tell her that he's going to replace me? He's asking me to arrange the sales recruitment these days.
On her last day here, she started saying something bad to me to embarrass me. That day I was asking extra day off to go home, I missed my family and my Dad also got some accident. So that day I was about to leave earlier before work, she said to me: We are just some low position employees, we can't get off ealier likes somebody likes you on an important position.
At that moment I really wanted to slap on her mouth. My father was injured, what's wrong with me to get off ealier to go back home so I can see him ealier?
She got off work at 5pm everyday and came to work at 9am everyday, watched movies and laughed and talked loudly to people in office and to her family on wechat vedio during office time. And she's accuse of me to leave work ealier while most of the times, I got off work at 6:30-7:30pm doing overtime work. I lived far from the company during that time. My office working time is from 5:30am-5:30pm.
You're not going to quit. You say you will about once a month, and everyone has told you you should, but you never do.
Just suck it up, get back to work and continue saving and working towards your goal.

My boss still has like 15000rmb salary of mine at his hand.

Again it just shows your complete lack of any management skills. You are not there to be friends with the rest of the staff, you are expected to manage the staff in a PROFESSIONAL way. Maybe you boss does not allow you to hire and fire, and sometimes sides with your "enemy" because he knows you are not capable of managing and sees through all your bullshit just like we do.

If he follows my way, his business wouldn't end up likes that. He makes the designer back showed him lack of management mind, not me.
I have been doing manager Job, train sales and talked to sales, criticized sales who showed bad attitude at completing task, suggested to get the sales to leave.
Maybe your boss loves the drama as much as you do.
And that will explain everything.
