Q: My combustible gas detector alarm goes off

Happens every now and then. Most of the time when I'm cooking something.

Does it detect a gas leak? Or whatever this thing is for. I've never had one back home

Hey there, hi there, hello there! I did have that same problem before when we were living in a smaller apartment. We have since moved to a much bigger one. That gas alarm detector that sounds off is probably because of some rising steam from when you cook at home. I assume you do cook at home. What you need to do in that case is bring in a fan that will blow away that rising steam and you shouldn't have any other further problems.

He he, I said: " rising"! (Drunk!

You should find a guy to come check that. Either you have a faulty detector or you have a gas leak, both would be very bad.

(there could be a joke about flatulence in this question)
