Q: New foreigner quality ABC grade system.
So the lowest you can get to be a B foreigner is 60, my score on the new chart is 65. So i assume im going to be ok. Now lets say a person get a score of 55, I wonder if there will be any leeway to allow them to get a 60....like bonus points say for nationality, color, ect.....I would think there would be something like this in place to allow for bribes and racism ect?
It would seem it would depend on the officer doing the process right?

If your score is 65 don't forget the officer infront of you can award 20 extra bonus points that are not on the test. It depends who they want to limit or which countries men are on the list to limit. I wouldn't worry too much as long as you have all the doc's ready

That is what I figured they would do. Being Canadian should be looked upon favorably I would assume.Also I heard that under these new rules that if you had a working permit for 2 years you can apply for a 5 year work permit. That would be sweet. I cant remember where I read it...some website..

The 5-year work permit is currently being trialed in a few areas BUT I've been told by our company lawyer but it is being limited to "high level" people. So us plebs don't have a chance.
It'll be a computer system so you really think there'll be extra options for color...dream on.

There is still going to be a human assigning points to you. I don't think it seems so far fetched to be for the visa guy to be racist or prejudice against certain people or countries...or give someone points to where they qualify for a B or an A because of nationality.
