Have you? A better idea might be appreciated.
What do you give it Rin?
I'm 93% into the Brady Bunch d/l at the moment and I'm thinking I should let it go until tomorrow.
btw...ever been to Lijiang or Dali?
Try almost any other movie. No Country for Old Men is not bad. Once Upon a Time in Mexico? I dunno, anything is bound to better, unless you;re into campy, cheesy movies. If so, I recommend anything with "Glee" in the title.
Download
Prisoners ( w hugh jackman)
Oblivion
Elysium
Pacific Rim
The World's End
Into the Wild
Kick-Ass
I have only seen about half of those but they must all be better than the brady bunch
I'd recommend those Alfred Hitchcock Presents episodes...
or perhaps The Ballad of a Soldier or The Cranes are Flying...
Thanks. The download is complete now. Took about 30 hours. Because of my hectic lifestyle I'll have to watch it a bit later on...but watch it I surely will.
And next could well be World's End because of the Shaun of the Dead bloke.
'Snatch', 2000, 'my best' this year.
Try more downloads @ FrostWire, free peer to peer. Much faster than your 30 hours. No VPN needed.
mArtiAn:
You're always mentioning 'Snatch', have you seen 'Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels'? You must've done. But if you ain't.........
icnif77:
I saw 'Lock...' few weeks ago, and I wasn't that impressed. Cast is almost the same as in 'Snatch'.;
Yeah ok, thanks. Frostwire. I'll have a look at it. I'm not bothered by this downloading stuff whilst I live in China. When I lived in Qingdao I never downloaded a single thing. There was a shop down the road where stuff could be purchased. Where I live now, that's impossible. Nothing English here, nothing at all. So, I've learned how to d/l stufff via katproxy, but it's very slow. See if I can go Frostwire!
Red_Fox:
Why on Earth did you leave Qingdao? The DVD shop is still there - if it's the same one you refer to - in Hong Kong Garden. Prices have risen though. Latest releases used to be 6 or 7 kuai. Now, they're up to 13. Still a bargain, I suppose.
I'll try FrostWire, too. (Thanks for the tip, ic.)
icnif77:
When you're on FrostWire, search for movie with the year of release:
'American Gangster 2007'. You'll get only movie downloads, and if you don't stick year in the title, you must sort out movie downloads (more than 600 MB) out of million other things with the same name.
royceH:
Because, Red, it was time. 2 years is as long as I've ever lived anywhere. I plan to stay where I am now for 3 years, so wish me good luck with that!
Yeah, I bet we're talking about the same shop. Little hole out the back.... Best thing I ever bought there was The Addams Family...every episode they ever made. Used to watch it when I got home real late, pissed. And no matter how many times I watched an episode, it was always as if I'd never seen it before. A bit like how I now watch Father Ted.
why do you need to download movies? why not watching them online?
Samm11:
Why would I need to occupy space on my HD with movies? If I really like some movie and want to rewatch it, I will just rewatch it online again. I really can see no point of downloading unless your connection is super slow and you can't afford streaming.
I never download. Somewhere on this site, that is where I found it, there is an entire list of online streaming sites for movies. You can save them as you stream them if you wish.
For the widest selection of all of the newest films, in English, I use funshion.
For all the great classics, I use tom365.
