Q: Places to hang out in Nanning

Can anyone tell me the best places to hang out with expats in Nanning. I know the usual answers like bars etc, but I mean specific places and times when expats like to gather.

1.- A group from 15 to sometimes as much as 30 or 40, depending on personal circumstances meet every Wednesday at 11 am at ORIGUS PIZZA on the third floor above KFC on Qixing Lu.

2.- Babel French Restaurant, on Lvdu Shangsha N 131 Mingsheng Lu
(Golden Holiday International Hotel).  Not a set day or time, but on week ends many go for lunch or dinner.

3.- Just for You used to be the place to go.  But high prices and poor food quality has driven many away.  This is near Sunshine 100.  But still some gather there on specific holidays, or Saturday or Sunday brealkfast brunch.

4.- Secret Bar on 100 Sunshine Plaza, opens from 7 pm onwards.  Many visit it for a drink before bedtime.  But no set time or date.

5.- Also on Qixing Lu, maybe about 1-1/2 blocks away from ORIGUS PIZZA (towards downtown, away from Gucheng Lu), there is a western food restaurant called COWBOY".  Nice food, cheap prices (63 RMB for siloin dinner from New Zeeland).  Some vist it for dinner or lunch during week ends,  very good service too, owners name is David, young fellow from Taiwan, does speaks English too.
