How come I am not surprised?

Drinking booze is one of the ugliest aspects of the chinese culture. They try to get me to do that as well on dinners out with friends and colleagues. Smoking too.  I have come to relish telling them NO.  and F*CK NO.  and WHAT ABOUT NO DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?

Yes, I know it's a lot tougher position for Viki to be in and and I actually sympathize for her.  Everyone remembers reading about the young girl who died from alcohol poisoning a few months ago? Intimidated into drinking at some official-type dinner.  any chinese guy reading this?  If you are one who tries to intimidate others, especially females,,,, you can suck my left nut.

viky, can u work at both these jobs the one u havent decided on yet and your other job? Do u have enogh hours during a day to manage a full time job and be self employed?

are you likely to stay in a company and have the patience to do your time to reach the role you want, or will you jump from job to job in pursuit of the quick buck, and have a resume that shows you have not stayed for more than a few months in a role?

No one gives advices about whether taking the job or not.

I need a lot of advices to make my own decision based on that.

Hi, I went to the third round interview, I couldn't even agree most of the ideas the boss talked about. Actually I think he's a bit dumb when comes to sales team management.

Obviouslly I didn't get along with the boss in the interview. 

He told me the sales team don't need the sales manager to train them the sales strategy. 

He said all sales  who has 1-2 years experience would have known the sales strategy the sales manager knows, unless he's a farmer if he needs to be trained for the sales strategy.

He said a sales manager is only useful for doing management and analysis.

The only thing appealing from this job offer is he might send me to Hungary. But it's not sure that he'll send me to the Hungary. He said he'll send me to Hungary unless he thinks I perform good enough. Going to Hungary is a great opportunity for me.

But I am so worry that he'll fire me during the 3 monthes probation. He told he already fired a sales manager.

I still couldn't make up my mind, please help give suggestion and explain me why?

This company's HR called me and offered me this job starts with 7K during the 3 monthes probation then 9K after the probation. They asked me to start at Feburary 2.

They don't give a specific product training. All I can do is go ask products from the old sales and the boss there.
