Q: red stamp on passport
Dear Sir /Madam
i am a businessman and i have travelled to China twice time within one Year for business work. now i applied again for visa in china embassy but i didnt get visa this time and got red stamp on the last page of my passport. so what does red stamp meaning on the red stamp on the last page of passport??
it is a red stamp date written and city name written on it in chinese language on it.
please let me know is it a black list stamp? and Can i apply again for visa or not?

So, change your passport and apply for Chinese visa again.
If the same thing applies to China... Then you are blacklisted from getting a visa.

So, change your passport and apply for Chinese visa again.
As icnif said - all Chinese stamps are in red.. so asking about a 'red stamp' doesn't help! Also, "last page of the passport' is unlikely, unless your passport is full.
What is needed is a DESCRIPTION of the stamp! Or, better yet, a photo! As well as being more specific with the details.
Especially since your description happens to match exactly to the stamp given when you re-enter China - the city name is the port of entry (eg, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, etc - depends if you fly or walk), and the date is obviously the date you came in.

Regular entry (to China) point stamp is red with entry point in China as 'Luohu' (HK) or Beijing, Shanghai and date written on it.
Your stamp might be 'denial of entry', so change your passport and apply for visa again.

If you was refused a visa at the embassy, the chances are that you have been blacklisted. Why not simply ask the embassy why the visa was refused?
Blacklisted meaning you over stayed last time or used up the limit of Business visa's that your passport is allowed. So judging by your "i" & English style you might be from a country that doesn't change your passport number. So you might be stuck. If you can change your passport than do that and try again.
Red is always used for approval, kind of. Even teachers check students' assignments they use red pen.
