1) Copy-paste "my school has not paid my salary" in the Search field, at the top of the eChinacities Answers page
2) Click the Search button

3) You will see the same question as yours answered, at least 10 times

I did this for you, so here's a direct link to the result of the search query

With the information you give here, there's no reason to repeat what have been said about similar situations. Unless you explain which school you are working for, then you can get a more specific answer Wink

I'll bet he works for a recruiting company in Sichuan. Or maybe he didn't read his/her contract.

Find a new job (or) go back to your home country.

while i am prepared to give the posters the benefit of the doubt, the recent onslaught of similar posts seems as if a troll is trying to catch regular posters out on the basics of working here.

the anonymous nature of the posts combined with lack of detail and feedback seems to confirm this.

You can immediately terminate your contract.  I just had the same problem.

2 reasons :  Chinese labor law allows you to terminate the contract if they don't pay on time and in full.  If they're not paying you, then they probably haven't enrolled you in China's Social Insurance.  Also another violation that allows you to terminate your contract immediately.

Hard part:  You need to find (hard) the local labor bureau for the district your work place is located, and (easy) complain about both issues.  Bring passport, contract w/ red stamp so they can check to see if the company is registered.
