Q: Salary Questions Not Being Paid on Time.

Hello there I have a question for everyone this what it says in my teaching contract it says i will be paid on the 30th of each month before 14:00 pm. My school never pays me on time on the 30th instead they always pay up at least 2 days later to 12 days later every month this has been happening for 6 months now. Is this normal and what can do about this. Who can i report this to as every month i ask my headmaster he never replies and next month same thing carries on and on any suggestions anyone.

It's normal for you because you have enabled them to continue this procedure for 6 months.

Is it normal for me?...nope!

So the real question is...What are you going to do about it? Accept it or make them honor the terms of their contract? (Of course, as I am writing this I know they believe the actual paper contract is nothing more than a formality.)

Tell your headmaster you're not going to work until you're paid. For each day late you could leave a fresh turd on his desk, that way he'll be able to keep track of how many days late he is, simply by counting the turds. It's an effective system. Then once he's paid you can laminate them and hand them round the office to be used as paper-weights. All friends again.

You are at fault, you should have made it very clear from the first instance that it is not acceptable (in writing). And throw a controlled tantrum . One school once paid me late, I bugged the FAO with over a hundred text messages and phone calls demanding my money. I notified them in writing that if it happened again, that I would immediately go to the PSB and demand my release letter along with the 10,000rmb penalty.

Everything you do should be controlled , do not do anything stupid to get yourself in trouble. As stated previously, refusing to work is a great tactic.
