It's a weekly satirical blog, really popular here in Beijing. Seriously never heard of it?
I get updates from them on wechat. Low level humour that panders to stereotypes. The style of humour is a bit dated though the subject a they make fun of can be up to date.
There is a quote from E. Roosevelt. Goes something like this:
Simple minds talk about people.
Average minds talk about events.
Intelligent minds talk about ideas, complex plans, etc.
Obviously this article is simple minded drivel.

What about cynical engineers who live NOT in BJ and who tolerate China but don't love it?
Factories in China are by far the biggest business in China country wide....why the fuck do us lowly engineers deployed by our home countries to make cheap crap seem like the silent minority....rise up I say and throw off the shackles....screw bankers and teachers...ok...kidding about the teachers.
