This is my working situation:
This company paid me 8000+free lunch during the probation. The probation is 3 monthes, I am not sure if I can make it. It's an industry sales deals won't be closed fast. And even if I could pass the 3 monthes probation but didn't make sales afterwards, the boss would possibly still fire me. I required 10000rmb salary after the probation in the interview, the boss kept silent, he didn't agree nor refuse. I really don't think he'll pay me 10000rmb even if he let me stay. I have not closed real deals during my 1.5 monthes there still, and I feel pressured.
FYI: He paid me one month salary already. 8000rmb.
This is my house situation:
I am living in a crappy shared apartment in the city center. My renting contract will be end after a week, finally I can get rid of it, fabulous.
Then I have two choices, share a new apartment with some Chinese girls in the city center, pays 2200-2300rmb a month, but can't bing man home.
Or pays 2800rmb for a single apartment 3-5 stops from the city center, which is between my current job and the city center.
But then can bring anyone home.
There are many good places to go in the city, I'd like to spend my time in the city constantly. Also I found there are higher chances to meet cute guys in the city center. Thus I want to live in the city center or be close to it.
If i I live in city center, it will be easier to find job in other district in the city without changing house. I am now working in the north rural part of the city.
Vicky I see you keep taking the highest paying job available without any regard for whether you will like it or not, and you don't even investigate the company's background to know whether it is a reputable one or a shitty one.
You are so typical of Chinese employees who hate their job and are only in for the money. Picturing why all the service industries suck in China, people don't like what they are doing, they only care about the money, there is no will to do things well, they do the absolute minimum to get paid by the end of the month.

That's not the story. I took it because I got fired and I was being jobless and I need a job to provide the income. If I have a job, I won't even consider this job.
Yes, you should blow for the single apartment ....
Ohh .., was it a 'go'?
Sorry-ly, I heard 'blow' somehow.
Viki87:
blow for? What does that mean? My English is not good enough to understand it.
icnif77:
Just pronounce both words with 1/2' pause in between ....
'No accent' required for the best effect!
In my head, I hear (and memorize sound) first, then I read it. Most people do it opposite!
icnif77:
'blow -for- job'
Did you ever think about looking for the meaning by yourself?
Or you fancy only posting '77' Qs an hour in language you don't understand?
What is that? A new Chinese fashion?
You should look for work at the cops. They're keep asking questions ....
Why e-Tities are hit with your Qs constantly? Are posters here all highly intelligent people and you will gain some enligthment/IQ you miss?
If 'yes', you should only READ this Board, what I told you in 2010 already! I hate repeating!
You can gain more IQ only by researching, not by asking Qs!
do you actually have a working contract?
1. Your salary after probation should be written in your contract, otherwise you wont get shit
2. Maybe I remember wrong, but i heard once that lower salary in probation is not legal
3. It is not easy to fire people legally YES also not in the probation period
If he fires you without 3 warning letters, appointment of a new position or if you caused serious damage to the company, it is illegal to fire you.
You could just go to the labor court and he has to pay you a compensation or they even make you keep the job.
Good thing is that chinese don't even know their own laws and that is why the bosses here can do what they want with their employees because they are too stupid to check
philbravery:
I have No idea why this was down voted. Maybe some Chinese Boss don't want you talking about it
dom87:
certainly because I am ranting in the last paragraph that chinese don't know their laws. so get downvotet by the nationalists :D
