I have stated in my another post. But maybe not many people can see it as too many information written there. So I'll make it short here for getting advices:

After I criticized my subordinate for being lazy to do work and not motivated to learn. She went mad at me. Which you could see all the dramas she caused which embarrassed me in my previous post. She made friends with the other two girls in my office, the other two girls(one is the designer girl, she's not my subordinate, and another sales girl who has been working here for two years but will leave the company in a month), obviously the three girls don't like me. One reason the other girls don't like me because they think I was bullying my subordinate, another reason is that they seem don't like my life values, Chinese girls usually can't stand someone to hold a very diffrent life values from them.

So they connive together to isolate me by walking to have meal together without calling me, I was left behind walking alone feeling embarrassed. My boss and the technique guys all saw the incidents happening. I felt embrassed to be seen getting isolated, so I made a drama when I became emotional. I refused to eat food during company dinner while boss and everybody was there. Since I felt embarrassed and have lost my dignity(face) for being seen getting isolated by all girls at the same office with me. So I told the boss that I decided to quit the job during company dinner while everyone went to get food. The boss didn't approve my resignation and instead trying hard to persuade me to stay. He wants me to stay mainly because he has not got enough staff to do the sales job at the present. My resignation will not good for his business. And I regret of acting emotional to not eat food at company dinner, that's drama and didn't give good impression.

I also worry that my boss will fire me after he found someone to replace me after everything has happened during my two weeks working on this new job.

Then I talked with my boss on wechat for my resignation and he hasn't approved it and he said he would talk to me after holiday.

Still now I feel embarrassed for being seen getting isolated and feel embarrassed for the drama I caused too. I am thinking of going to make my official resignation after holiday, what do you suggest? 

After I came to this job, the other companies called me for second round interview and I didn't go. After that happened, I contacted them for telling them I am interest in talking about the jobs.

And my boss has been talking about moving office to Kunshan(out of Shanghai)or somewhere in Jiading,which are places I don't even want to go. My colleague said that might not happen. But that's now my concern now. I want to stay at Shanghai downtown.
