I think I'll start a new post for my new question.
You all know that the girl who's under me showed disrespect to my trainning, and then I criticized her in front of everyone for her bad attitude ,her laziness and be a slow learner after she showed disrespect to me.
Then I got isolated by three girls from the same office.
So this sales girl is my subordinate teachnically, and she's inexperienced. After all the shits she put on with the rest two girls to embarrass me, I feel really bad.
But my boss still want me to train her but this girl never asked my help for sales trainning. I am now struggling, should I train her because I am her manager? Or I just don't teach her(or teach her less)?
You should touch that girl more .... she wants ..... to be touched . IMHO-here-o.
Do the job you're paid for! Train her BUT keep a full training record and what you expect her to be able to do after training. Then monitor her performance. If she doesn't learn or improve you then discuss warning with her and your boss.

My boss said that I should train her. But funny thing is she would just go ask another sales( The one who has been working here for two years and leave the company in a month)for help instead of coming to me.The boss seem fine with that.
My boss gave me warning already for criciticing her. So after all of the shits, maybe giving her warning will stir the trouble again. Cause she could go to the bosd and said
I criticize her. Then I may get fired.
The boss told me to not speak too much for not make her unhappy. My boss worries if she quit, there will be no sales to do the job before he could find a replacement.

The funny thing is she told me she's looking for another job cause she doesn't like his job. She applied the sales assistant job but my boss forced her to do sales.

Vicky, I DIDN'T say warn her now. I said train her then monitor her performance. Give her same clear and fair targets. Then in a few months if she's not performing you have a review with her.
Do you know anything about managing staff??

Wait for a month and then her future will depend from you. You will get a plenty of occasions to show her who is in charge. Teach her, be proffesional and utterly unemotional, keep track of any failure she has, it will speak for itself.

I think the main fault is my boss. He told me to not manage another sales who has been working here for two years but leaving after a month, but she didn't even save all the customer information and it will be not good for the company after she left. As a manager, I really think it's my duty to guide her to get those customers info saved but the boss told me to not manage her. The reason he gave is because she has been working here for two years and won't listen to me. He's just stupid and that's why everybody has worked for him left and he lost so many customer information. The payday is every 5th, he delayed the pay without apologize to everybody. It's 9th today and I still didn't receive my payment. I get the feeling that his business will go bankrupt one day. When you work for a fool, sometimes you just feel want to make some money and open your open business. And really I think it is wasting my time to teach that sales girl(the one who just came here two weeks ahead me) 1. She told me she's quitting on May. But the boss did not know. 2. She's stirring troubles to aganist my management(like being disrespect and isolating me by connive with two other girls), why should I want a trouble marker in my team? She already had such behiviors, it's very possible that she'll connive with new sales in the He future and isolate other colleagues to stir trouble. 3. She lacks of logic independant thinking. She asked another girl whether to send sample first or make the customer pay first. That's a very foolish question to my understanding. He went to ask the boss how much is the shipping fee for 500pcs of xxx to a country. How come my boss knows the shipping cost? I think she should go ask the forwarder. My boss told her the dimension of the xx is double size of this product, this product's size are all on the paper, all she needs to do is plus 2. The she took for a long time and didn't know what to do. She can't even answer customers inquiries on alibaba well, but she didn't come to me for instruction while I am the new manager. I told her many times that she has to come to me. Instead, she went to the old sales girl(she lacks of good experience). Again, lack of logic thinking. Of course the sales manager usually knows sales skills better. I told her to cc every email to me for two weeks, but she stopped cc to me after I criticize her. Bad attitude to do work. She didn't know how to operate alibaba well. And I am the only one familiar with alibaba operation here. She didn't come to me for help until I found it out that she didn't familiar with the operation. I don't know what's the problem with her? She didn't realize herself to be lack of knowledge or just lazy to ask me. But I'd judge it to be not a good performance. 4. She applied the sales assistant job in this company, it's the boss forced her to do sales job which she doesn't want. Based on that, I don't think she'll be a good sales candidate. Sales job need a lot of passion and driven. 5. My boss is considering of letting her to just follow the old customers in the future instead of doing business development. But she lacks of logic thinking, I don't think she can manage the old customers well.

She's assigned to follow up the old existing customers, and reports to the boss directly now. lol I don't think I have a power to fire her and she doesn't really have to report work to me. It's all the boss's fault, he didn't give a clear management statement for my duty to deal with this girl.
But he said he hired me for leading and trainning a new sales team for business development.

That's very rude of her, I want her to leave. But the boss wants to keep her as the boss feels it's too much work to change the designer for doing graphic design.
She lives far away, she wanted to resign. But the boss persuaded her to stay so she stayed.
When comes to work, she showed inpatience when communicating with me and she can't hold a smooth good communication about work. I really think she should be replaced.You should touch that girl more .... she wants ..... to be touched . IMHO-here-o.
