Q: Student visa versus multiple entry.

My old Visa was category F entries M, but there is a cancelled stamp on the new one. I want to go to Thailand over break and I'm not sure they will let me back into the country. I am not an experienced traveller, and I'm not sure what to do. I went to the PSB but no one spoke English and I only know Classroom Chinese. I have asked many different people and keep getting conflicting answers. Can anyone tell me exactly what I have to do?

Your post is confusing, since you talk about an "old F visa" with M entries, and right after you say "the new one" has a cancelled stamp on it.  Normally, a new visa is granted only when the old one is expired.  If not, the new one cancels the old one.
So, if the new one is also canceled, you are her without a visa.
This is why, for me to give you a good answer, must ask you to repost your question with a lot more specific information, please.
