Q: T1 city - best ISP available??

I've been with Wasu for the last few months, and while it's ok, it's very fkn frustrating losing my radio stream every few minutes.

I've heard that internet policies have changed, and now it's much cheaper and faster... has anyone got any suggestions?

Btw, currently on 3mb for 137/month.

In most cities, you really don't have a choice who you get as a provider.  When each apartment building is put up, they will normally make a deal with just one provider, and that provider has exclusive rights to anyone in that building.

It is always best to ask what internet is available when you are looking for an apartment, because you will most likely only have one choice in any given building.

Ah! That explains that part of things... although, I do believe I still had the option of either Wasu or China Mobile.
