OK Kapitan, yes they claim to be in Shanghai.  They claim to have been founded by a Canadian man and his Chinese partner (partner may or may not be a man -- both may or may not be of Chinese origin).  It's a preschool, I think, and they are offering RMB 11,000 for 24 hours per week.  Not clear whether or not they pay the apartment and other fees or not.

Several worries here : (1) have they been in business long enough to provide a proper Z visa or will you be forced to work illegally? (2) why are they advertising every 2 -3 months for teachers -- considering that they are a small operation, that would represent a serious turnover; (3) RMB 11,000 for 24 periods per week with the little ones in Shanghai is just not quite average.

Finally, you need to ask them for a website -- they surely should have one and you need to ask them to speak with some of their teachers -- if they offer email addresses, be wary because they just might fake them.

I can't find anything about them on the Chinese web.

Hi man,thanks alot yes i also have many questions especially on the z visa part and the 11,500RMB.I have tried searching for them in vain.so if they advertise every 3 months(High employee turn over) it means the school ain't good.
