Maybe you need to clean up your grammar and spelling first?

calvin right site but here's the prob. many schools use their existing foreign teachers to teach teachers either informally by talking to them or occasional classes. the purpose of foreign english teachers is to bring in revenue. there are times when some schools send their teachers to private lang schools to learn from foreign teachers but those contracts go to schools of their buddies

Calvin:

Thanks for your insight. That all makes sense. After a while here I will hopefully learn who to go to for what particular information.

The local Vancouver newspaper just had an article on a squad of BC professional teachers going to Beijing for a teach-the-Chinese-teacher camp. Lots of teachers go to Australia, and Aussies train in China.  I've done it, but there's a LOT more profit and faster better teaching in improving the teaching methods than trying to improve the English.

There are certain things that you can do and certain things they just don't want to follow. I've found that if they don't want to do a certain thing they just won't. One teacher said she didn't use pictures at all but I learned that learners have different ways to learn such as visual, listening and speaking. Also, if the teacher thinks it is too boring they will ask you if they could do something else. It's just the way it works. Better go private and try to find some motivated teachers that would be willing to listen to what you have to say because I guarantee you all of them won't.
