Yes I'd recommend this service. I have no fingers and can't use the internet and I'm also heavily retarded.
I usually use Ctrip for domestic stuff, but go direct to the airline for flights outside of China (although, I also compare with other websites!)
http://www.momondo.com/ is pretty good. It's a flights search engine and gives you a range of options and prices.
