My best guess would be... 卖萌.    Which basically means somebody trying too hard to act cute, and the act gets pointed out by another person.  Since its a bit more of a broad meaning, the word isn't quite specific enough to describe the horrid duck lips, but it works, and most Chinese people would probably use 卖萌 to describe the duck lips. Otherwise I'm beat ^.^ Wanna learn specifically how to say duck lips now.
