email your training school in Chinese and English outlining all the issues CLEARLY and SIMPLY - get a trusted friend to translate into Chinese for you.
bring all your work documents and supporting emails etc regarding this problem to your local SAEFA office asap
usually an employer renews the RP before the old one expires, so they might not be a legitimate employer.
are you the same person who has been asking these questions for the last few weeks ???
sorrel:
i would like to add that i am sorry for the loss of your father
SAFEA in the city will give you best answers on your Q. You might need Chinese English translator for interview at SAFEA, especially if you're in the smaller city. SAFEA is the same building, where you got your FEC. Big Gov. building, with loads of Chinese flags outside.
If everything is OK at your School ('legally employed with Residence permit and FEC'), you should be able to get 'unpaid leave' for exit (and return to) China for loss of your father.
Do you really believe this? Can't you guys see that this is the same poster that has been posting this same damn story over and over again. And he actually posted as an answer to one of his questions (revealing himself), But now he is posting anon again?
The bit about the dead father clinches it for me. This guy is Chinese. Ask yourself this question, your mom or dad passes away (god forbid), are you going to post a question like this?
My father died, who can I report "for" my unpaid wages?
And his over use of the word 'recently'.
