Q: Transcript of Xi Jinping's speech?

Where can I find a transcript of Xi Jinping's recent speech?

I've been hearing all over the place in the media that his recent speech at the party conference was surprisingly clear, succinct and free of "official speak". Rather than hear someone else talk about it, I'd rather judge the difference in language for myself. I've been trying to find a Chinese-language transcript of the speech or an unabridged video online, but have not found anything thus far. Anyone know where I can find it? Thanks!

Thanks Hugh,

...but I was actually looking for the Chinese text, so I could study it from a linguistic perspective. Sorry, I should have clarified in my question. Changing now!
