Q: Travel suggestions near Wuhan.

Since my wife and I will be saving as much money as we can for our eventual return to the states next year , we will not be able to travel far. So we will just take some weekend trips. What are some suggestions on cheap but interesting places to travel near Wuhan?

I went to Lushan before and its quite nice (prob nice to get back to nature if you've been stuck in Wuhan for a while). Otherwise why don't you check out Wudang Shang?

I gotta agree with Mike, I backpacked across China and Wuhan was probably my least favorite place (even though my wife is from Hubei)
