Nope. The spousal visa allows you to stay in China, but you cannot do any kind of work. You'd need the place of the internship to provide you with a work visa.

You'll need to find a job that you can do online at home.

legally, you need work visa. but it takes almost 2 month to do it. so with the spouse visa will be enough for you .

The police do not have that time to check if you are illegal working in shenzhen

DrMonkey:

Are you advising to work illegally, because the police can not check everybody ? If is it so, then that's a terrible advice. Apart from breaking the law, by working illegally, you can be at the mercy of your employer "if you're not happy, I go talking with the cops. Say what about non-paid overtime ?".

What sort of crappy advice is that. He will end up getting deported just as his wife is pregnant if he listens to you. Why would you tell someone to work illegally?

It took me less than 3 weeks to get Z visa (HK), counting from the day I sent my CV to the School.

If WPermit application takes more than 30 days, you might be at the school not authorized to hire FTeachers.
