I am surprised that your a Teacher after reading the way you worded that question. Legaly the new school will have to sponsor you to get a new work visa and you must get that outside of mainland China. I would just go and work on the visa that you have. I have never known a school that did not have the police in their pocket. You want to tell the new school about your visa and see what they say. You can have the old school e-mail you the recommendation letter.
Hey, dear friend. I think you have some work to do regarding expressing yourself. Being able to communicate clearly is what makes a good teacher, huh!
