There are 2 solutions actually.

 

1. Get your own VPN server.

 

2. Use Lantern.

You can't use VPNs on Netlix now. You have to be in the location where you set up your account. 

 

I think it expanded into China recently though, so you can change your country to China maybe?

change your browser to webfreer, not downloaded in china, and you can get netflix with no problem.
