You’ll want to put these two western restaurants on your radar: Yinshi Italian Restaurant and Pepela Italian Pizza Restarant. These are the places to fall back on in the city when you’re craving western food. Yinshi is very modern with pizza being it’s star dish but you’ve gotta try the cheesecake too. Pepela, located on the 4 floor of the Yinxiang Shopping Center on Renzhu Road, has a real comfortable space adn seating. For just 40 rmb you can order a pizza with a few toppings, there’s also fries, wings, and salads on th menu.

Certainly NOT the Brazilian Bar-B-Q. This one sucks big time.

There is a great Italian restaurant called Toscana's. It is at the end of Weiwu Lu on Weilai Lu. They have an okay wine selection, and the dishes were all created by a LEGIT American-Italian chef.

If you're into wine, make sure you don't go with the cheapest bottle. Odds are it's been opened and crappy Great Wall wine has been poured into the bottle.
