sexual activities are very aerobic and gets the heart pumping and your body produces more white blood cells during sexual activity. is that the cupping you were referring to????

It's supposed to bring the badness out of you by bringing the blood to the surface.

Plus it makes it you like you got in a fight with a giant octopus.

Cupping has the health benefit of covering parts of your body in giant round hickeys. That's about it. TCM people would have you believe that this can somehow remove toxins from your body, but getting a hickey has no real health benefits.

It has no benefit at all as far as I can tell. It is another one of those ancient practices that has failed to evolve and where science has been ignored. These types of treatments happened years ago in most cultures but many have been replaced by more modern developments in the treatment of injury.

If i have a cold i personally feel better after having some cupping done, I am a westerner...i have no idea about medicine but just know it seems to work...maybe some kind of placibo? but it stops my runny nose!
